 My Approach

I firmly believe that Every body is different and that There is no one-size-fits-all workout – Don’t let Instagram fool you! I will work with you, your preferences, your abilities, motivation and your goals to create the program that your body needs. My work pulls from a variety of modalities and tools like functional movement training, Traditional weight lifting, kettlebells, Pilates-based core strength, and breath work.

I have had three orthopedic surgeries, labral tears in my hips and a shoulder, 2 broken bones, a torn calf, and multiple ankle sprains. I’ve returned to dancing stronger after EVERY. SINGLE. INJURY. I’m no stranger to the physical, mental, and emotional work that it takes to not just recover, but to thrive after being injured. I can help you rediscover your own physical possibilities, re-build trust in your body, and create a healthy relationship with your body to keep you dancing long into the future!

Please note that I’m not a physical therapist. I work with you once you’ve gotten clearance from your PT and/or doctor post-injury.
